I’m Renee Day, MSW, LCSW

I am passionate about creating a safe space for adults and young adults to heal through connection, compassion, and trauma-informed care.

My heart for serving others started with non-profit work in South Africa, Haiti, and Belize, leading me back to school for my Masters in Social Work.

With 15+ years of experience, and multiple trainings and certifications in the mental health field, some of my most important lessons have been those learned personally in my own journey, processing the twists and turns, losses and struggles in my own life.

I bring great compassion and empathy to the work that I do with a keen understanding for how painful and difficult life can sometimes be.

You are not alone.

Get to Know Me

I understand the courage it takes to begin therapy and deeply respect those who share their stories with me. I bring warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental spirit to the process. Some clients are pleasantly surprised to find that we laugh in therapy too.

Outside the office, I love spending time with my husband, son, and daughter. I have two cats that will occasionally hide in my office just to introduce themselves on telehealth. My day is made better with a good chat and a cup of coffee.

“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.”
