I’m Renee Day, MSW, LCSW
I am passionate about creating a safe space for women to heal through connection, compassion, and self-understanding.
My heart for serving others started with non-profit work in South Africa, Haiti, and Belize, leading me back to school for my Masters in Social Work.
With 15+ years of experience in the mental health field, and various trainings and certifications, some of my most important lessons have been those learned personally in my own journey, processing the twists and turns, losses and struggles in my own life.
I bring great compassion and empathy to the work that I do with a keen understanding for how painful and difficult life can sometimes be.
You are not alone.
